I look forward to learning more about YOU and offering you a sampling of marvelous topics I’ve stumbled upon, researched or taught that have made me go AHHH! . . . along this fascinating journey of life. Perhaps, some will make you exclaim an “AHHH” as well!

As a curator, counselor, advisor and educator, I’ve been asked about many of these topics, which has resulted in practical, motivating and inspiring info and answers relevant to well-being for us all.

I AM delighted to assemble new and previous posts to at this all-in-one location that includes, Forays Into the AHHHsome blogs, etc, to make it easier-than-ever for you to find what you want, need or are curious about.

I want to give a shout out for to dear friends, for their support and much-needed assistance in getting this NEW website up and running, especially Feng Shui Master Clarice Chan, We all need assistance from time to time as we navigate unchartered waters to share our unique gifts with others.

At the suggestion of many, I AM CURRENTLY working on an exciting memoir and may post snippets from time to time. In the meanwhile, let me give you a VERY very brief overview of WHO I AM and WHERE I have come across access to this “knowledge.”

… As a child of the ‘60s, I had a burning desire to discover the “Purpose of Life.”

Second generation Italian-Irish catholic-school girl from Tuckahoe, New York (quaint village in Westchester County where both my parents grew up). I was the first girl in the family to go to university..

After college I unexpectedly arrived in Santa Cruz, California….Long story short, met husband number one along the way… was diagnosed with cervical cancer after the removal of a faulty IUD,

later gifted with a course in Lomi Lomi Massage, with Auntie Margaret …and became a “massage therapist to the stars” in Malibu.

…Initiated into “knowledge,” by Prem Rawat (Guru Mahara Ji) in London, embarking on a life-long meditation practice as a vegetarian. After several harrowing events, in London, made my way to San Francisco. where I cofounded RAINBOW GROCERY AND GENERAL STORE, – Fifty years later, RAINBOW still serves the local San Francisco community.and is respected around the world as one of the most successful People’s Food Collectives on the planet. YAY!

IN SF, deeply involved in musicals, drama and community-theater, teaching dance to children and adults. Eventually moved to SoCal with a group of friends into my guru, who traveled the world as The Rainbow Gypsies, on and on…

Researched, studied and taught Astrological Awareness, Insights and Motivation (AAIM) on and off camera since 1987, began back in the early ’70s.

… A Behavior Breakthrough Trainer for Nutri-Systems Weight Loss Centers in SoCa

Taught hundreds of clients to support Behavior and Nutritional Counselors  in empowering clients’ success.

All THIS was basically BDA, “Before the Digital Age.”

Fast forward to the ’90s, host, writer and intern for Falcon TV and Century Cable TV in Malibu and Santa Monica. I had my first AIM (Astrology) TV show.

Co-founder and editor-in-chief of PERCEPTIONS magazine 93-97.

Much MOORE RECENTLY>>>                                                                                                                                        In 2000, ordained a minister on Mt Shasta and given the spiritual name* “Shima,”– (pronounced she-mah), which means “love” in Hopi.

In 2001, I married Mr. Moore and thus became Shima Moore ~ “more love,”— nice. 😉

In 2002, co-founder Los Angeles Conscious Life Expo.  Program Director for CLE as well as for the Wisdom Festival in San Francisco: still produce and manage segments of the conference, as well as emcee, moderate panels, and present.

In 2005, I became a clinically certified Hypnotherapist through Hypnotherapy Training Institute in Corte Madera.  I have put my license on the back burner for a while.

Wow, so that’s almost 20 years ago! and we have NOW entered the Fifth Dimension!
